As Executive Director, Dr. Faverty coordinates the individual client needs. His own expertise is focused on transformational change in organizational culture and climate, primarily in team settings.

Dr. Faverty has worked with national and international schools, University administration, small businesses, and medical offices.

Specifically, his years of experience, including as Director of the Joint Doctoral Program in Organizational Leadership and Change at UC Santa Barbara and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, provide clients with a supportive understanding of leadership theory that helps solve organizational problems. His training and experience in counseling psychology provide clients with a foundation for personal and professional emotional awareness in leadership.
